Privacy Policy
Effective Date: October 9, 2026 • How Advixo Click collects, processes, and safeguards information submitted by brand marketing managers, YouTube creators, and website visitors.
1. Overview and Scope
Advixo Click ("we", "our", or "us") operates a managed technology YouTube sponsorship agency at advixo.click. This Privacy Policy describes what data we collect when you submit a brand campaign brief (/start-campaign), apply to join our creator roster (/apply-as-creator), submit a general inquiry (/contact), or browse our public directory, and how that data is used and protected.
2. Information We Collect
- Brand Brief, Creator Application & Inquiry Data: When you submit our brand campaign brief form, creator application form, or general contact form, we collect your full name, business email address, company or YouTube channel details, target category, deliverable format or channel metrics, message content, referring source page, and IP address.
- Creator Media Kit & Channel Verification Data: For YouTube creators applying to or approved for our directory, we store public creator profile information including display name, channel handle, YouTube channel ID, subscriber counts, effective average views, total views, published video counts, upload frequency, country, language, and assigned technology niches. Following initial application review, formal channel ownership verification is completed via Google OAuth inside the Advixo Creator Portal.
- Brand Showcase Data: For participating sponsors and affiliate partners, we store brand names, uploaded logos, product descriptions, destination URLs, and agency-managed affiliate or tracking links.
- Security & Rate-Limiting Logs: To protect our forms from automated abuse, we verify submissions through Cloudflare Turnstile and store temporary IP rate-limit counters in our database.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To evaluate brand sponsorship briefs, propose matched technology YouTube channels, and coordinate campaign invoicing in USDT (TRC20).
- To review creator roster applications against our 5-point eligibility standards, verify YouTube channel analytics, and coordinate video production briefs, unlisted draft reviews, 24-hour public-video re-checks, and USDT (TRC20) payouts.
- To enforce rate limits, prevent CSRF and bot attacks, and maintain internal administrative audit logs.
- To respond to inquiries sent via our intake forms, official email, or verified communication channels.
4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services
We do not sell or rent personal contact lists to third-party data brokers. Information is shared only as necessary to execute requested services:
- Cloudflare Turnstile: Used on our contact and administrative sign-in forms to block automated spam without behavioral tracking cookies.
- Campaign Execution: Because Advixo Click manages campaigns end-to-end without cold brand-to-creator outreach, creator channel metrics are shared with prospective brand sponsors, and approved brand product briefs are shared with assigned creators.
5. Cookies and Session Storage
Our public website uses a strict first-party session cookie (advixo_sess) with HttpOnly and SameSite=Strict attributes solely for CSRF form protection and flash status messages. We do not load third-party behavioral advertising pixels on our pages.
6. Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Contact inquiries and campaign records are retained for operational follow-up, accounting, and audit integrity. Creators or brand representatives may request correction or removal of their inquiry or directory profile at any time by emailing hello@advixo.click.
