How It Works

How a managed campaign runs from brief to report

You work with one accountable agency team. Brands and creators never have to negotiate directly or manage separate invoices.

1

Submit your brief & review the shortlist

Share your product URL, target technology category, deliverable mix, and budget on /start-campaign. Our campaign manager reviews fit and sends a tailored creator shortlist with locked rate-card pricing.

2

Approve creators & fund in USDT (TRC20)

Approve or decline each proposed channel on your shortlist. Once approved, we issue one consolidated invoice in USDT on the TRON (TRC20) network and assign the approved brief and tracked links to each creator.

3

Review unlisted drafts before publication

Creators submit an unlisted YouTube draft within the agreed window. Our team and yours review facts, required talking points, and brand safety (target 48-hour turnaround, maximum 2 revision rounds).

4

Verified publication, 24h re-check & reporting

After approval and public release, we verify the live video, paid-promotion disclosure, and tracked link. Once the video passes our 24-hour public-video re-check, creator payout is released and performance is tracked at days 7, 30, and 90.

Deliverable Formats & Starting Rates

Four sponsorship formats with fixed rate-card definitions

Every deliverable follows an explicit runtime and placement definition. Pricing scales transparently across channel tiers (T1 to T4, with 50,000+ view T5 channels quoted per brief).

Agency Operating Rules

Six standards enforced on every sponsorship

Our rulebook defines what brands can expect before funding an order and what creators commit to before accepting a brief.

1. Vetted tech channels & brands

Creators must have a public tech channel at least 90 days old, 6+ uploads in the last 90 days, 2,000+ effective average views, and a verified business email. Every brand is vetted for lawful product claims before its first campaign.

2. Unlisted draft review & 2-revision cap

Creators keep creative control over their style while following the approved brief. Every video is submitted as an unlisted YouTube draft for a target 48-hour review window with a maximum of 2 revision rounds covering facts, required points, and compliance.

3. Mandatory paid-promotion disclosure

Every sponsored video ticks the paid-promotion box in YouTube Studio, states the sponsorship verbally within the first 30 seconds (or at the start of an integration segment), and places the disclosure line at the top of the description.

4. Agency-tracked links & measured reporting

Every deliverable uses an Advixo-managed tracked link. We never promise guaranteed views or sales; instead, we verify live link placement and report measured views and clicks at days 7, 30, and 90.

5. Stay-live rule & make-good protection

Sponsored videos must remain public with the agreed description link intact. If a paid video is removed or made private outside legal or platform-mandated exceptions, we arrange a replacement at the same tier or issue a make-good refund under our terms.

6. USDT (TRC20) settlement & 24-hour re-check

All campaign invoices and creator payouts are settled in USDT on TRON (TRC20). No video goes live until the order is paid in full, and creator payout is released only after the published video passes our 24-hour public-video re-check.
