Terms of Service

Last updated: July 26, 2026

Welcome to AdVixo. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before creating an account or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account or using AdVixo services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AdVixo.

2. Eligibility

To use AdVixo services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify AdVixo of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Publisher Obligations

As a publisher, you agree to the following obligations:

  • You own or have legal authorization to monetize the websites and traffic sources you register with AdVixo.
  • Your websites must contain original, high-quality content that does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • You will not modify, obscure, or interfere with the ad code provided by AdVixo in any way that artificially inflates impressions, clicks, or revenue.
  • You will maintain accurate ads.txt records on your websites as required by industry standards.
  • You will not engage in any form of click fraud, impression fraud, traffic manipulation, or any other deceptive practices.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including data protection and privacy laws.

5. Revenue and Payments

AdVixo operates on a revenue share model. Publishers receive 80% of the net advertising revenue generated by their traffic. Revenue is calculated based on valid impressions and clicks as determined by our tracking and quality systems.

Payments are processed on a NET-30 basis. Revenue earned in a given calendar month is finalized and paid approximately 30 days after the end of that month. The minimum payout threshold is $100. If your balance does not meet the minimum threshold, it will be carried forward to the next payment cycle.

AdVixo reserves the right to withhold or adjust payments if traffic quality issues, policy violations, or fraudulent activity is detected. In such cases, AdVixo will provide reasonable notice and explanation.

6. Traffic Quality

AdVixo employs automated and manual traffic quality monitoring systems. Traffic that is determined to be invalid, fraudulent, or artificially generated will not be counted toward revenue calculations. Invalid traffic includes, but is not limited to:

  • Bot traffic, automated scripts, or non-human interactions
  • Traffic from data centers, proxies, or VPNs used to mask origin
  • Self-clicking or incentivized clicking on advertisements
  • Auto-refreshing pages to inflate impression counts
  • Stacking or hiding ad units from user view
  • Traffic purchased from low-quality or fraudulent sources

Publishers are responsible for the quality of traffic directed to their ad units and smart links. Persistent traffic quality violations may result in revenue adjustments, account warnings, or account termination.

7. Prohibited Content

Websites and content associated with the following are not permitted on AdVixo:

  • Illegal content or activities
  • Adult or sexually explicit content
  • Content promoting violence, hate speech, or discrimination
  • Content promoting illegal drugs or controlled substances
  • Malware, spyware, or deceptive software distribution
  • Copyright-infringing content (piracy, unauthorized streaming)
  • Misleading or deceptive content designed to trick users
  • Content that violates the privacy rights of individuals

8. Intellectual Property

AdVixo retains all rights, title, and interest in the AdVixo platform, trademarks, ad serving technology, and related intellectual property. Publishers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the AdVixo ad code and tools solely for the purpose of displaying advertisements on their registered websites.

9. Account Termination

AdVixo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. In the event of termination for cause, AdVixo may withhold any outstanding payments. Publishers may also terminate their account at any time by contacting their account manager. Outstanding balances above the minimum threshold will be paid according to the regular payment schedule.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AdVixo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the platform. AdVixo's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount of payments made to you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AdVixo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Modifications to Terms

AdVixo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify publishers of material changes via email or platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
