Cookie Policy

Last updated: July 26, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how AdVixo uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website, publisher panel, admin panel, and within our advertising infrastructure. We believe in being transparent about how we collect and process data.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, smartphone, or tablet) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, provide custom features, and supply technical information to the website owners.

2. How We Use Cookies

We use cookies for several critical reasons, primarily to maintain security, verify accounts, process login sessions, and prevent ad fraud. We group our cookies into the following categories:

2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for you to navigate our platform and use its features. Without these cookies, services like secure login, session management, and CSRF token protection cannot be provided.

  • Session Cookie (advixo_session): Keeps you logged in as you move across the publisher dashboard and admin panels. Shared across subdomains using `.advixo.click`.
  • CSRF Cookie (advixo_csrf_token): Protects your forms against Cross-Site Request Forgery attacks.

2.2 Performance and Security Cookies (Ad Serving)

Within our ad server endpoints, we use cookies and hashed identifiers to detect fraud, count impressions, and optimize ad delivery. These cookies do not collect personally identifiable information.

  • Frequency Capping: Ensures a visitor is not shown the same ad campaign repeatedly within a short timeframe.
  • Fraud Prevention: Tracks click flooding patterns from specific client signatures to identify and block invalid activity.

3. Third-Party Cookies

AdVixo does not utilize third-party cookies for cross-site behavioral targeting or profile building. However, we support header bidding integrations (Prebid.js) that allow authorized Demand Partner adapters (SSPs) to bid in real-time. These partners may use their own cookies to determine ad relevance. You can manage your preferences for these partners directly through standard browser cookie blocking tools.

4. Controlling Cookies

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings preferences. You can configure your browser to block cookies, delete existing cookies, or notify you when new cookies are set. Please note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in to the AdVixo publisher dashboard.

5. Contact Us
